THE KIND OF GROWTH THAT MATTERS

Healthy churches are built when people become healthier.

The goal isn’t a bigger platform. It’s stronger people, clearer purpose, and a church better equipped to carry the Gospel.

01

People before programs

Leadership starts by seeing, developing, and trusting people.

02

Clarity creates confidence

Simple systems help volunteers lead without unnecessary friction.

03

Excellence serves the mission

Technology and creativity should remove distractions—not become one.

PREACHING THAT MOVES PEOPLE

Truth for
real life.

Mitch preaches with biblical conviction, practical clarity, and a belief that the power of God still changes lives today.

“The problem isn’t that you’re empty. It’s where you go to be filled.”

YEARS OF MINISTRY

Pastor. Creative.
Church builder.

Mitch Bollig is a pastor and ministry leader with experience across preaching, worship, creative arts, student ministry, church production, and volunteer development.

From Nebraska to Seoul and back, his work has centered on one conviction: leadership should leave people, teams, and churches stronger than it found them.

Mitch has been married to his wife, Dari, for over six years.

THE JOURNEY

Technology was the door.
People became the calling.

FOUNDATION

B.A. in Biblical Studies

Earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies from Newburgh College of the Bible, building a biblical foundation for a life of ministry.

01

Emmanuel Fellowship

Integrated in-ear monitoring, refreshed the website, helped install an LED wall, and shaped a stronger worship culture during growth to more than 150 in attendance.

02

King of Kings Omaha

Joined the staff of a larger church and worked alongside its production department. During this season, Mitch grew as a speaker and sensed his calling expanding beyond technology.

03

Associate Pastor

Stepped into associate pastoral ministry in 2024 before accepting a call in 2025 to serve Full Life Church in Fremont, Nebraska.

04

Full Life Church

Leads and organizes volunteers, creates interactive app devotionals, and redesigned, rewired, routed, and tuned the church-wide audio system—including the sanctuary, snakes, mix rack, and hallway audio. He also upgraded stage lighting, 4K video, ATEM switching, and multi-platform streaming while designing and implementing the church’s network infrastructure.

THE CONSTANT

Jesus stays central.

Every decision runs through two questions: Will this glorify Jesus—and will this help other people glorify Jesus? Systems support the ministry, but at the end of the day, it is all about Jesus.

LET’S BUILD SOMETHING THAT LASTS.

Bring practical, faith-filled leadership to your church.
